Here on "we", "us" and "our" refers to Nora Nerjis (Daffodil Hue Readymade Garments LLC). "you" and "your" refers to the user of the website and purchaser of goods.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Terms and conditions are considered accepted by you when purchase of goods are made from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Changes made in terms and conditions will be applicable to all new orders made after publishing of changes to terms and conditions on the website. All the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Delivery time quoted are in good faith, and shall not be binding. We are unable to anticipate unexpected circumstances that are not under our control, and as such we cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing delay in delivery. A confirmation email and tracking number will be provided on placing an order from us. A standard delivery can take anywhere between 3 to 5 days within UAE and 5 -10 days outside UAE.

We ensue to give correct information on the website including product description, size information and price information. However, human errors are possible and as such we make sure to correct our mistakes, if any, as soon as reasonably possible.
Please be advised that shopping online offers a different experience compared to physical shop, as such we advise you to go through below points carefully

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your password has been compromised, you must inform us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged
Incorrect goods / Faulty goods
We inspect every product carefully before dispatching to ensure the best quality and customer satisfaction. In case you find goods to be faulty on inspection after the delivery, all claims for damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product description and a photo of damages, if any. You can either claim an exchange or refund after inspection from our team.
Taxes & duties
For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any import and customs clearance duties as well as any other additional charges that are not from us. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine the landing cost price prior to purchase completion.
You are entitled to cancel any order within 24 hours from the day of confirmation of the purchase. If you cancel an order within this time frame, you must notify us by contacting either by email or by submitting the contact form (you can find this on Contact Us page). Refusing to accept or receive the shipped order
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. If a customer doesn’t show any response to a courier company, fail to receive it or refuse to receive the order at the country of destination due to tax payment or any other reasons, the parcel will be returned to Nora Nerjis.
We reserve the right to deduct from the client shipping charges on both ways as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. Ensure you include the Return invoice with your parcel. If you are required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as mentioned on the Return invoice enclosed with your parcel. Please state clearly that the package contains ‘Returned Goods’. If invoice is misplaced, please contact us to re-issue the same. All goods are your responsibility once it is in your possession, so please handle them with extreme care. Please ensure that you send back the return package with tracking facility option and also retain your proof of postage. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave, deodorant or heavy make up which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on any items if any tags have been broken. Certain intimate products like hijabs / scarfs are not eligible for refund due to hygiene reasons. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle the buyer to a full credit/refund.
All returns are processed only after goods are received and inspected by our team. Once received, a return may take up to 7 working days to be processed or more during peak seasons and sale periods.
If you have not heard from our returns team within 10 working days of your parcel being delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may contact us directly using the contact form on the contact us page.
Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message. Kindly note, once a refund has been completed by us, the time frame it can take to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank's policy. As a general guideline, funds may take up to 10-14 days to appear in your account once a refund has been issued.
Free shipping offer
We offer free shipping offers on domestic and international orders from time to time. This can be availed by signing up for our newsletter. Please note, if full claim to refund has being demanded, Nora Nerjis will deduct from the client the shipping charges.
Sale offers and discounts
Only one discount code / coupon can be used per purchase. In case the product is on sale, no additional codes or discounts can be applied to an initial sale offer.
Sale offer orders
Products on sale offers are not eligible for a refund but exchange is possible.
Custom made orders
A client holds full responsibility to provide correct information on any customization of the product. Please note, we do not offer any returns on custom orders and can only be exchanged with another product.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the parties’ respective officers for resolution. If any dispute remains unresolved 21 days after being referred to the officers, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. Legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction against any matters relating to IPRs.
